Who we are
Ken Bruce Construction, LLC is an excavation and site work contractor based in Milton, New Hampshire. You can reach us at (603) 755-1250 or KenBruceConstruction@metrocast.net.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into our estimate request form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and whatever project details you write. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't require an account.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your request and to quote and carry out work you ask us about. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
We may share your details with a subcontractor, engineer or supplier when it's necessary to complete work you've asked us to do, or where the law requires it.
How form submissions are handled
Our estimate form is processed by Netlify, our website host, which passes the submission to our email. Netlify stores a copy of submissions on its servers as part of that service.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, as it would for any site using that service.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests as long as they're useful for the job or a follow-up quote. If you'd like us to delete your information, email or call us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch using the phone number or email address above.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
